Simply put, we’re making the ads that stop your thumb in your Facebook and Instagram feed. Matchnode was created by our Co-Founders Chris Madden and Brian Davidson in 2013. We’re self-funded, and have grown 250% year-over-year which is where you come in.

 

About You:

 

The ideal candidate will be in the early stages of their sales career (0-2 years experience), with a high degree of business acumen (either formal education, or equivalent real-world experience). We’d like you to show the following:

  • Proven desire to push outside of your comfort zone.

  • Demonstrable instances of learning and quickly implementing new skills.

  • Interest in digital marketing, and how it powers revenue growth for brands.

  • Displayed strength in verbal and written communication. Persistent and articulate in your approach.

  • Desire to grow with an agency through hands-on training from Co-Founders, teammates, and a Sales Director overseeing your development.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Helping execute outbound email campaigns, with a focus on improving open rates, response rates, and meeting scheduled rates.

  • Cold outreach through phone, email, physical mail, and LinkedIn in pursuit of scheduling meetings. Equal balance of all these channels - do not expect to make dozens of cold calls a day, or to be thrown into these efforts without formal training.

  • Attending networking events.

  • Assisting with sourcing channel partners to refer us business.

  • Sales support, with a focus on sales call shadowing and deal review.

  • Learning & Development - 60 day sales entry learning program (go through our team’s sales onboarding playbook with a focus on consultative selling), hands-on experience in Facebook ads, involvement in sales cycles with marketing leaders, and a formalized 90 day company training program.
