Sales Development Representative at Flare Health
Flare Health is welcoming driven people who are recent college graduates or are looking to make a career change into software startup sales. As an entry-level SDR, you will have the opportunity to learn about the healthcare tech industry and set the foundation for career advancement.
What you will do:
- Follow our process to research accounts, identify key contacts and interact with prospects by email and phone.
- Qualify prospects’ need and readiness to evaluate our solution.
- Successfully handle and overcome prospect objections.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and our account executives.
- Become a trusted resource and develop productive relationships with prospects.
- Update lead scoring and prospect interaction in our CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
- Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure company revenue objectives.
- Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization.
