Sales Enablement Lead
The GoHealth Sales Enablement Lead will be responsible to ensure a consistent approach to diagnosing, validating, and coaching behaviors at the management level. You will be a motivator and supporter of effective sales techniques (Specifically the Development Pod Process), increasing sales production per agent, driving compliance, and promoting GoHealth’s culture, all through your relationship and direction with the Team Managers. You will work closely with the Development Pod and Learning and Development to refine the coaching process.
What it Takes to be Successful
- Enforce a consistent coaching methodology for all Agents
- Manage a team of Sales Enablement Specialists effectively and hold them accountable
- Drive measurable metric performance at both the agent and Team Manager level
- Monitor recorded coaching sessions from each Team Manager and ensure Dev Pod methodology is followed. Coach and follow up for improved performance
- Coach Team Managers in conjunction with Program Managers
- Inspect quality and quantity of coaching
- Watch/observe recordings of coaching
- Monitor CREED coaching link for quantity of coaching’s
- Learn and serve as subject matter expert within the organization on coaching and diagnostics in sales metrics
- Plan and support the development of Team Manager’s knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Understand GoHealth’s compliance and regulatory needs in order to drive compliant team member behavior
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to build and maintain relationships amongst your peers
- Drive accountability amongst Team Managers to improve overall sales results
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 5+ Years of Sales Management/Leadership experience
- 2+ Years of Training/Coaching
- Familiar with Trello
- Demonstrated ability to drive tangible performance improvements through
- Willingness to learn and understand the Dev Pod coaching model
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Immaculate organizational skills
