Who We’re Looking For
For the position, we’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager, you will manage content creation and create materials to support product, marketing, and sales efforts across Kalderos’ product portfolio. Sales Strategy
Develop a best in class sales playbook and overall demo of the platform to present to prospects/customers both in person and on conference calls
Assist in sales/financial analyses (what sold/did not sell; determine which categories have potential to move upward; cost/benefit analysis; data process modeling/analysis of problems, regression analysis)
Utilize SFDC reporting to provide analysis on our sales process and implement change to increase overall sales velocity
General Experience Guidelines
We know your experience extends beyond what you have on paper. The following is a guideline of general experience we’re looking for in this role:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields
3-5 years experience in either sales enablement, sales training, or outbound marketing
Excellent working knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM
Previous experience selecting and implementing a Sales Enablement Tool
Previous experience working in sales and understanding the pain points experienced by salespeople.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to influence without authority
Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Strong business analysis and functional experience with quantitative and analytical skills
Strong presentation (Google Slides) and spreadsheet (Google Sheets/Excel) skills
Demonstrated experience proactively recognizing a challenge or problem and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions
Structured problem solver
Track record of realizing continuous improvement
