Job Purpose
Working closely with Client Growth, Marketing, and Delivery teams, this role will help shape how Nerdery sells and goes to market by supporting the teams with resources to improve our overall effectiveness. This hands-on role is all about providing customer-facing teams with the right resources, processes, and information needed to sell effectively and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Support Client Growth, Marketing, and Delivery teams with resources to efficiently drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Create content such as case studies, competitive information fact sheets, proposal templates, and other collateral.
- Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
- Work with sales teams to ensure CRM is accurately reflecting opportunities' status.
- Assist with conducting and reporting on market research.
- Gather feedback on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.
- Assist on client calls and demos as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; Business, Sales, or Marketing majors preferred.
- Experience in a sales support role a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with strong intrapersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
- Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Creative and strategic thinker.
