The Job Description
Logiwa is looking for a talented Sales Engineer to join our team. As our Sales Engineer, you’ll collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer requirements, you’ll conduct product demonstrations with customers, and you’ll delight the customers at every turn.
Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, loves working with prospective customers to teach them the ins and outs of the product, and is excited to join a startup as the very first Sales Engineer!
What You’ll Do as a Sales Engineer
- Collaborate with our sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
- Conduct in-person and online in-depth product demonstrations of products/services with customers
- Research, develop and configure products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs
- Present the product and all features to customers at events such as conferences and seminars (when it is deemed safe and appropriate to do so)
- Occasionally conduct technical and architecture workshops with customers
- Communicate customer requirements to our product management teams
- Provide advanced training and support for the Sales and Customer Success team
- Solicit and log client feedback and evaluate the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers
You've Got:
- 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer role
- Prior experience in the supply chain technology space is a plus but not required
- Superior communication skills; with the ability to adapt your style to different stakeholders;
- The ability to achieve sales goals and quotas
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer management skills
- A demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly and work hands-on in a team environment
- The ability to travel occasionally
