Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Sales team to enhance tools such as sales decks, ROI calculators, proposals, business cases etc.
  • Create new sales assets, as needed
  • Become a product expert and be ready to support sales in product demos of our procure to pay software
  • Work closely with Product to understand upcoming releases and how updates might help existing prospects
  • Work closely with Implementation and Customer Success to determine best practices and help sales integrate those suggestions into the sales process

Qualifications & Skill Set Required

  • A self-starter who’s willing to problem solve and wear multiple hats
  • Excellent understanding and ability to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Knowledge of Lucid Chart a plus, but can be taught
  • Ability to problem solve and find creative solutions and ideas
  • A friendly attitude and customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong presence, confident in customer facing role
  • Polished presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with, at times, minimal structure
  • Be an excellent team player

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of full-time work experience preferred
