Sales Manager, Uber Eats
About the Role
Uber Eats is looking for a Sales Manager to join as a key member of the Midwest leadership team. Core to this role is a deep and localized understanding of restaurant selection and what it takes to win. This includes smart allocation of leads & seller resourcing, coaching and developing your team enabling seller velocity, being an expert in tooling & processes, and engaging directly with our most important must-win accounts. We expect our Sales Leads to be outstanding sellers, effective team leaders, and smart cross functional partners.
What You'll Do
- Manage a team of 6-7 Account Representatives
- Lead bi-weekly coaching sessions for all existing reps across Michigan
- Aid in new seller onboarding for all reps joining the Michigan team
- Lead a few major deals that span Michigan
- Work closely with City Managers and Territory Leads to ensure you are focusing on the right areas and accounts across the area
Basic Qualifications
- At least 5-7 years of sales experience, with 1+ years of experience managing sales teams
- Track record of call/seller coaching, developing people and building high performing teams.
- Strong business judgement and ability to think analytically
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills and experience
- Excellent communication skills, both in written and oral formats, for both internal and external audiences
- Excellent at building and auditing sales processes along with articulating problems and opportunities therein
- Bonus points for being a foodie or having passion for the restaurant industry!

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $113,000 per year - $124,500 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
