Who We’re Looking For
For the position, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst, you will manage salesforce administration as well as provide other reporting and administrative support to empower the sales team. Sales Operations
Support sales team with presentations and other sales support needs
Assist sales team with staying current on their activities, accounts, and opportunities in Salesforce and other sales tools with training, process improvements, and providing support as needed.
Provide data to the sales team to support QBRs, customer meetings, etc.
Manage contract close process.
Assist with creation and distribution of comp plans.
Salesforce Administration
Manage sales access to Salesforce.
Manage all sales-related objects in Salesforce and make updates as necessary.
Create and manage reports and dashboards in SFDC
Provide new hire training and support sales team with administration of Salesforce
Work collaboratively with all commercial teams including sales, marketing, and customer success on Salesforce execution
Own data quality of all sales records in Salesforce.
Sales Tools Administration
Manage sales access to other sales tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.
Provide new hire training and ongoing support to the sales team for these tools.
General Experience Guidelines
We know your experience extends beyond what you have on paper. The following is a guideline of general experience we’re looking for in this role:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields
3-5 years experience in Sales Operations function
Experience with Salesforce.com administration
Previous experience working in sales and understanding the pain points experienced by salespeople
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Strong business analysis and functional experience with quantitative and analytical skills
Strong presentation (Google Slides) and spreadsheet (Google Sheets/Excel) skills
Demonstrated experience proactively recognizing a challenge or problem and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions
Structured problem solver
Track record of realizing continuous improvement
