Sales Operations Associate
For the right candidate, this entry level position holds the potential to become a significant contributor to a growing Sales Operations department in a large, evolving software company poised for accelerated growth. The Sales Operations Associate will be a key player in supporting our Customer Success Team.
• Sales Support:
• Starting 4B Documents
• Organize contracts to capture information not systematically captured
• Quote-building
• Work on POs for client under direction of Sales Directors
• Build Out initial decommission contracts
• Update bill to /ship to information on quotes
• Push through autorenewals
• Organize documents in Sharepoint/Box
• Help sales reps keep opportunities up-to-date with regular reporting
• Learn reports, dashboarding, and field management in Salesforce.com
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ideally 1 or more years of sales support experience, ideally in a software company
- Advanced Excel user skills required (VLOOKUP's, HLOOKUP's, Sum IF/AND/OR formulas, pivot tables, index match, etc.)
- Attention to detail
- Great attitude and ability to solve problems
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize multiple projects, work under deadlines and be a proactive problem solver
