Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated, inquisitive and self-sufficient person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. What you will accomplish:

 

  • Become a trusted advisor for the revenue team
  • Assist Sr. Manager of Sales Operations to by leading projects and participating in cross functional team activities
  • Experience leading complex operational/strategic initiatives and large-scale change management.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities.
  • Help with resolving day-to-day issues and requests while working on developing long term scalable solutions
  • Learn how to create, manage and optimize sales territories and account segmentation
  • Support business unit leaders in reporting, forecasting, opportunity management, process, Salesforce, general issues and questions
  • Develop and refine meaningful, actionable KPIs for diverse business units
  • Develop subject matter expertise on many different sales operations functions
  • Drive organized and consistent execution of approval flows for sales deals
  • Create sales tools training and train sales teams on using systems tools and roll out new operational processes

You might be a fit if you have:

  • 3-8 Years of deal desk/sales operations
  • Salesforce.com certified admin
  • Advanced Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • 4 year degree
