As part of a dynamic and growing contact-center team, reporting to the Director of Operations Enablement, the Sales Operations Manager will drive process standardization, and process optimization in our originations and arrangements departments. They will be responsible for our sales tech stack, ensuring alignment with our processes and serve as a central hub for our operations enablement deliverables.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Evaluate, document, and offer suggestions for process and policy improvements
- Sales reporting for supervisors and senior leadership to understand contact center behaviors and opportunities
- Manage KPIs and advocate performance ranking (Ambition)
- Create and maintain playbooks for contact center employees and supervisors
- Manage the sales technology requirement prioritization for the contact center
- Be a feedback hub for our contact center through helping prioritize training needs based on new product needs, QA findings, and communications
- Manage center of excellence/ culture champions feedback groups and change management
- Sales tech stack responsibility; i.e. ensuring we are getting the most from each solution with minimal overlap and communication between systems
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years sales operations experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access), Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Experience with change management philosophies
- Experience with Standard Operating Procedure creation and maintenance

Compensation and Benefits
