This role as a Sales Operations Manager will report into the Sales Organization. You will be responsible for measuring the overall productivity and effectiveness of our sales teams and various internal operational initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that we have the right KPIs and measurement tools in place to build effectiveness and efficiency throughout the entire customer journey.


We are looking for a passionate problem solver who is highly focused, agile, and who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will need to have the mindset of enabling sales for success while understanding the downstream effects of sales behavior. You’ll need to think like a sales leader and execute like a project manager.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a cross-functional group of leaders to fully realize the capabilities of our sales tools and processes to achieve our goals.

What You’ll Do With Us:

  • Work as a key team member of the sales organization, where your goals are tied to enabling sales productivity and streamlining our customer experience
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to our leadership team
  • Operationalize ways to facilitate cross-collaboration across a field sales organization and supporting teams
  • Drive business change by proactively identifying process improvement opportunities through data driven insights
  • Understand business challenges and build solutions designed to improve flow
  • Manage process adherence to provide pipeline insight and performance
  • Solicit and maintain feedback from the sales organization for project prioritization
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects 

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting B2B businesses
  • Comfortable working in remote environments
  • Strong understanding of sales processes in Salesforce.com
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally (
