Sales Operations Manager
Can a Sales Operations Manager grow communities by helping local businesses thrive?
Groupon’s mission is to become the daily habit in local commerce and fulfill our purpose of building strong communities through thriving small businesses by connecting people to a vibrant, global marketplace for local services, experiences and goods. In the process, we’re positively impacting the lives of millions of customers and merchants globally. Even with thousands of employees spread across multiple continents, we still maintain a culture that inspires innovation, rewards risk-taking and celebrates success. If you want to take more ownership of your career, then you're ready to be part of Groupon.
Sales Operations is a dynamic team tasked with keeping the sales floor humming by driving large-scale projects focused on efficiency and sales productivity, as well as day-to-day sales support. Initiatives can range from recommending changes to our product or platform, rolling out improved tooling for our sales reps, modeling and supporting sales contests, or using the data we have to address trends in the department and owning solutions. The trifecta of teams in Sales Operations (Rep Analytics, Tools & Process Improvement, and Communication) work closely together to ensure our sales teams have a consistent, informed, and high-energy environment to achieve their sales goals.
As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of data automation, leading the Rep Analytics team, analysis, and reporting for Groupon’s sales division to provide insight and drive measurable improvements in process and efficiency throughout the organization. You will also be a key stakeholder in driving quantitative recommendations for sales rep incentives and compensation. You will work directly with senior leadership in sales, as well other key functions including HR, Finance, and Compensation. Additionally, you will manage a team of analysts.
We're a "best of both worlds" kind of company. We're big enough to have resources and scale, but small enough that a single person has a surprising amount of autonomy and can make a meaningful impact. We're curious, fun, a little intense, and kind of obsessed with helping small businesses everywhere thrive. Does that sound like a compelling place to work?
