About The Role
The Sales Operations Specialist will support the sales operations team and individual sales team members in a wide range of activities, specifically to ensure the contracting process is streamlined and that the account and opportunity data within Salesforce is accurate.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Improve contract processing gaps between point of request and SOW creation
- Become a subject matter expert on account and opportunity management, Yello business operations, software licensing and sales enablement tools
- Work closely with the sales team on their account and opportunity management
- Quality check and analyze large sets of sales data to develop trends and valuable metrics for the team
- Create reports and dashboards to equip the sales team with pertinent information to generate more pipeline
- Complete ad hoc sales operations projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of sales operations experience, preferably experience working closely with legal teams
- 2+ year of Salesforce and Excel experience
- InsightSquared experience preferred
- Analytical, process-driven, and collaborative in nature
- Recent experience in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
