EnsembleIQ is growing! We are looking for a driven and ambitious Inside Sales Rep to help us grow our Path to Purchase Brand. Path to Purchase offers our members the tools and the knowledge to excel against today’s ever-changing shopper marketing demands.

You will be a key member of our growing team, focused on selling innovative digital advertising and custom content campaigns. Skilled sales professional, you’ll thrive on beating sales targets – but you’ll always make sure that the customer’s interests come first. You understand the customer’s perspective and have a natural ability to build a strong rapport.

About the role:

  • As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for lead generation, helping to develop custom proposals, client follow-up and working closely with the VP of Sales to help them close the sale.
  • Prospect, develop and close leads through cold calling, social media, referrals, inbound leads, events, and mining our existing CRM tool.
  • Work directly with businesses to discuss and understand their needs and then develop customized solutions to drive leads to their business leveraging a suite of Path to Purchase media, properties, events and custom content solutions.
  • Own entire sales process from prospecting to completion of the sale.
  • Support VP of Sales with proposal development and client follow-up for leads that have been identified.
  • Create business strategy for penetrating new targets and accurately forecasting pipeline each week.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Travel to events with Editor In Chief / VP of Sales to help represent the Path to Purchase brand and facilitate meetings and follow-ups.

About you:

  • 2+ years of sales experience ideally in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or media industry with proven sales results in print, digital media, consulting, advertising, events or other marketing solutions
  • Proven success prospecting and developing sales by telephone, email and social media
  • Outstanding organizational skills; diligence around client follow-through, meeting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Knowledge of content, print and digital media production practices and tools
  • Prior experience in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
