Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to take a lead role in managing and supporting the ThinkMarkets Salesforce instance. The focus of this role will be to maintain the availability, data integrity, performance, security, and utility of Salesforce. In this role, you will be collaborating with project managers, sales and marketing departments, and developers working on various layers of the business. A successful candidate will possess an unparalleled commitment to understanding the business process and application workflow as well as ensuring the quality of customer facing and internal applications.
Responsibilities:
- Administer production and pre-production instances of Salesforce
- Provide second-level support for Salesforce incidents and defects
- Ensure the availability, security, and performance of Salesforce, including administration of licenses and access control, change management, and monitoring
- Manage and support production data and API integrations
- Identify opportunities for promoting process efficiency, simplification, and improving application performance
- Analyze downstream and client process impact and make recommendations for solutions
- Gather business, functional, and high-level technical requirements from a variety of stakeholders
- Provide input for the data architecture, workflows, and general use of Salesforce
- Create accurate test plans, conditions, and conduct
- Provide dashboards, custom reports, and data analysis
- Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert (SME) for business and technology teams
Requirements:
- Experience working with Salesforce data integration, configuration, and custom workflows and objects
- 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Experience with Lightning custom and out of the box components
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines in an Agile environment
- Mastery of Salesforce administration, data structures, and workflows
- Salesforce Administration Certification
- Experience developing Salesforce dashboards and reports, and providing custom data extracts and analysis
- Experience managing Salesforce integrations with multiple internal applications
