Salesforce Administrator
Description
The Salesforce administrator will need to be able to leverage the capabilities of Salesforce to help keep the sales process moving forward smoothly at Syndigo. This role will be involved in training users, creating tools and dashboards, and provide the support needed to drive efficiencies. The focus will be on the day-to-day administration of our Salesforce platform, and by partnering with others in the sales operations team, ensuring data quality, delivering timely reporting, and implementing changes with minimal disruption to workflows. It’ll be a role that requires strong problem-solving, organization, communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting and a proactive mind.
This role will be based in Syndigo’s office in either Chicago or Nashville.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and administer Salesforce
- Troubleshoot, identify root cause, find & implement solutions
- Create documentation
- Build reports and reporting tools
- Set up and train new users
- Manage platform updates to Salesforce, and communicate to end users
- Assign/re-assign records
- Monitor and improve data quality
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 2+ year of professional experience as a Salesforce administrator, including some formal training on SFDC
- Salesforce certification helpful
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
