What you will be doing:  
10th Magnitude is one of Microsoft’s top cloud partners and we help organizations around the globe migrate mission critical systems into the cloud, adopt DevOps tools/processes, and build cutting edge cloud applications. As a Senior Account Executive at 10th Magnitude, you will be driving and selling complex business solutions to the cloud. This opportunity offers the ability for high earning potential and growth within a growing organization.
 
Responsibilities include:
 
Sales + Quota Attainment:
  • Comfortable with owning a quota metric for Professional Services and Managed Services booking revenue
  • Own a specific territory (geographical and / or industry vertical) to grow relationships, develop pipeline and execute on pipeline
Technical Consulting Acumen & Solution Selling:
  • Leverage experience with professional services delivery experience
  • Technical Azure experience strongly preferred
  • Supports engagements with consulting selling practices (customer journey)
  • Whiteboard solutions with customers focused on Azure
  • Identify customer's business needs, challenges, and technical requirements to match 10th Magnitude solutions
  • Leads the development of a compelling sales pitch customized to customer needs and persona
Build Customer Relationships:
  • Identify new prospects and opportunities via partnerships, existing customers and executive networks
  • Plan, build, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts/prospects
  • Develop and execute account planning for existing customers and strategic prospects
Team Partnerships:
  • Lead and drive coordinated sales approach with the extended sales team (Solutions Architects, Client Partners, Executive Team, Alliances, etc.) and external partners (Reseller, Strategic Alliance, etc.)
  • Collaborate cross region with additional business development executives
  • Collaborate with Delivery Management and Engineering organization to execute on customer relationships and drive additional business
Pipeline Management:
  • Actively monitor and maintain status of opportunities in CRM, following the principles of forecasting
  • Prioritize list of accounts/prospects for short and long-term pursuit to achieve assigned sales objectives
  • Provide accurate forecasts
Negotiation:
  • Lead commercial offer and contract negotiations, leveraging internal resources as needed to obtain best commercial terms possible
  • Understand commercial levers and problem solve to make initial recommendations on deal structure; overcome objections and position and engage and senior levels in account
You’re the right candidate if:
  • 7+ Years of Professional Services Sales Experience (comfortable with quota, building pipeline, managing pipeline, executing pipeline)
  • Consulting background preferred
  • Comfortable supporting workshop engagements
  • Solution Selling Approach
  • Strong Microsoft Network
  • Team Player
  • Passion for helping clients achieve overall goal is required
