As part of our Solution Delivery team, the Solutions Consultant is responsible for the overall design and analysis of customer requirements for a Treasury Management System and implements the functionality that meets these requirements on time and on budget.

What you would do:

• Lead discovery sessions with clients on their business/ technical requirements/ process.
• Gather and intimately understand full requirements and document scope of implementation.
• Articulate design rationale and function strategy as it directly relates to accomplishing goals Document solution design in details and obtain sign-off from client.
• Participate in building of the solution as a secondary resource to the Solution Analyst.
• Help support & trouble-shoot delivered work throughout implementation.
• Ensure implementation proceeds on-specification and budget.
• Ensure client expectations are met/ exceeded in terms of product set up and services delivered.
• Tier 2 support for any escalated client issues.
• Assume responsibility of project management for small-medium size projects.
• Provide up-selling opportunities and funnel to appropriate channels.

Who we are looking for:

• 4+ years of proven experience in a corporate Treasury and/or Treasury Management software
• Experience with Software-as-a-service technology solutions
• Proven track record in project work including implementing treasury systems with good knowledge of project management tools
• Thorough understanding of Treasury functions within a Corporate Treasury, Financial Institutions or related field
• A good team player with ability to act on own initiative
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with senior managers in client-based environments
• Ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve problems / issues
• Able to multi-task, re-prioritize, and adapt to rapidly changing needs and fast pace environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willing and able to travel both in the US and overseas
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; Post Graduate/Business Qualification e.g. MBA preferred
• Enrollment in CFA, CTP or other professional program is a plus
