Sr. Manager, Growth Operations
As a leader in the Revenue Operations organization, you will be responsible for building a coordinated Sales + Marketing engine to create demand and accelerate Litera's revenue growth. You will oversee the Inside Sales team and will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a coordinated effort that expands Litera's market presence. The Sr. Manager, Growth Operations will report to the Director, Revenue Operations and will be a critical member of Litera's company-wide growth strategy team, led by the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and Chief Customer Officer (CCO).
Responsibilities:
- Hire, coach, and guide the Inside Sales teams to exceed activity and results targets
- Contribute to revenue growth strategy by identifying and generating business growth opportunities, including through channel marketing and outbound sales activities
- Develop a prospecting strategy to build a target account lists and align on messaging for initial outreach
- Partner with CRO, CMO, CCO, and Sales Directors to design and execute targeted outbound demand generation plans
- Analyze current process and systems to improve customer outreach, and pipeline management
- Hold regular call coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, one on ones, and team meetings
- Define, track, and prepare structured analysis of metrics that drive revenue growth and provide insight into team sales performance and operational efficiency
- Lead team performance against quotas and sales forecasts
- Execute new hire onboarding and ongoing training, in addition to other sales enablement activities
- Partner with CRO, CMO, and Sales Directors to build high energy, high activity culture
Qualifications:
- A proven track record of using analytic skills to actively develop new insights that drive operational strategy and revenue growth
- Strong management presence, you are polished and show strong dedication to demonstrating value from tech solutions
- Robust analytic mind that can diligently problem solve and trouble-shoot issues independently
- Significant oral and written communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Highly strategic, and consultative in approach
- Ability to lead multiple projects and activities while paying attention to detail
- A self-starter who is confident and thrives in a high-growth, dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in order to overachieve team and company goals
