With plans to scale from 5 to 20 markets in the next 18 months, we're looking for our next "perfect fit" addition to the team. 

As the Admissions Manager your responsibilities will include sourcing, qualifying and guiding top talent through a first of its kind training program leading to accelerated placement in Chicago's most sought out companies with the highest performing sales teams in the market. Victory Lap is a hybrid solution focused on training, coaching, and skill-building anyone in sales or who is a first-timer looking to get into the industry. We are looking for someone who believes that identifying and qualifying the right talent is truly an art and science. You will utilize a consultative and humanized approach to guiding candidates in the right direction to achieve their overall career goals. 

What We Want

  • Screen, interview, and select qualified candidates to be accepted into our program
  • Deliver on key admissions funnel metrics through management of a passive and active pipeline
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as marketing, sales, training, and customer success to ensure consistency in our messaging and positioning
  • Leverage existing recruiting playbook while being able to creatively adjust and modify existing processes in order to streamline and grow talent community
  • Work with sales and customer success to gauge market demand and modify recruiting approach to match demand
  • Act as a champion of our brand by identifying and attending recruiting and networking opportunities

What You Bring 

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or full-desk agency recruiting
  • Experience coaching or mentoring
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational awareness to allow for a consultative approach
  • A servant-leader approach with an ability to foster trust, secure loyalty and make it personal in new relationships
  • Demonstrated levels of resiliency as human behavior is unpredictable
  • An agile approach to offering thorough solutions
  • A will to win, a desire to go the extra mile knowing that you’re supported by visionary and accessible leaders as well as supportive peers
  • Superior organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and proactively manage an ever-changing schedule
  • An ability to be comfortable with ambiguity. You are excited to wear many hats within the business, but understand that your core function and contributions will be the main focus
  • A Bachelor's Degree
