ProVal Technologies is a consulting firm for Managed IT Service providers, helping them navigate and manage their suite of technology products to support end-customers. Our team helps MSP's leverage best-practices and efficiencies across their tools and technologies, to make MSP's more efficient and profitable. ProVal also takes on operational capabilities in managing non customer-facing work for MSP's, so they can focus their teams on building customer relationships.
We are looking for an IT Consulting Sales & Marketing Associate to help cultivate relationships within the MSP community. This is a consultative selling position that requires some technical sales experience in the past or willingness to learn the business. The role involves conducting webinars and sales consultations to help explain and sell our professional services, create proposals, and help with the overall business development of the company. You will also be required to do marketing via webinars, blogs, and social media.
Recent college graduates looking for a entry-level sales position are encouraged to apply as well for consideration.
REQUIREMENTS
- Should be great with the use of computer software in general - CRM, online marketing tools
- Plus to have experience selling some technical service of product in the past
- Design and send online marketing campaigns
- Consultative selling of professional services
- Prospect and engage with potential clients
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Creating proposals / SOWs
- Cross-sell into existing accounts
- Manage pipeline via CRM
- Outbound calling activity to qualify opportunities and follow up with leads
- Occasional presence at trade shows
- Be very open to learning
