STATS is looking for a results-driven VP of Global Accounts, with a track record of leading sales teams focused on enterprise-level account management and growth. In this role, reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, you'll manage a group of senior Account Executives, responsible for increasing sales by strengthening existing relationships with our largest clients. As the VP of Global Accounts, you'll play a crucial role in executing against the company's revenue and growth strategies. In addition to mentoring your team and helping them achieve and exceed their goals, you'll also be responsible for forecasting, pipeline management, account planning and all aspects of account-based selling. 

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and support key operational functions including budget planning, metrics management, forecasting accuracy, customer relationships, and pipeline
  • Develop sales strategy and business plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets
  • Lead a team that consistently achieves revenue targets through retention, expansion and growth of clients
  • Work with Global Account Executives to maintain comprehensive account plans for each named account including strategies to penetrate and develop new business
  • Identify key growth opportunities, then build and execute a strategic plan around such initiatives
  • Be responsible for the performance of individual salespeople as well as the Global Accounts team
  • Engage with named account executives and key stakeholders to attend meetings and assist in closing business
  • Utilize stakeholder management strategies, and develop winning value propositions for products and services that align to account priorities
  • Ensure delivery of quality results and a positive customer experience
  • Provide accurate forecasts which consistently meet both budget and revenue goals
  • Assist in final contract negotiations and close, client presentations, and proposals
  • Collaborate with marketing on content and collateral for use during the sales process, including pitch decks and marketing materials
  • Ensure high post-sales customer satisfaction with a proactive service strategy that enables repeat business and value realization

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum requirement of Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 15+ years' experience selling a B2B enterprise-level software, technology or software-as-service (SaaS) solution
  • 7+ years' experience building, leading, mentoring, and motivating high-functioning sales teams that achieve and exceed performance goals
  • Ability to provide market development analysis, as well as competitor and opportunity analysis then recommend improvement strategies
  • Familiarity working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, operating lean
  • Excellent understanding of delivery, operations and pipeline for a SaaS organization
  • A keen focus on customer satisfaction throughout the entirety of the sales cycle and customer relationship
  • Strong negotiating and strategic-selling skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce.com
