Provi is looking for a true VP of Outbound Sales to lead and scale our outbound/outside Sales Managers and their teams. This individual will be responsible for leading our current team of 5 managers and 40+ reps, with the ability to grow this team to over 100 reps in 2022 and beyond. This role reports into Provi’s SVP of Sales.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading a team of Sales Managers to hit their quarterly sales targets
• Auditing and improving our systems, process, and teams to improve selling, training, coaching and performance
• Leading weekly team meetings and managers 1:1’sAttending Executive Sales Leadership meetings
• Work with Company leadership on strategy for the sales organization
• Working directly with our SVP of Sales to grow as a leader
• Assist in the interviewing, hiring, training and onboarding of new sales reps and managers
• Work with Sales Enablement to continue to evolve our sales process, training, and resources for reps and managers

What we are looking for:

• A proven leader with management experience 
• Track record of success as a manager or director
• Successful coach with the ability to increase manager and team performance
• Experience in a high-volume sales environment
• Highly organized and efficient
