The Role

We are looking for someone to join Asana’s Field Readiness team and support us in achieving our biggest priorities and learning objectives.  This exciting, dynamic & creative role will have a direct influence over our field’s ability to reach their full potential and exceed in their roles. This role is based in our Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve

  • Coordinate with Field Readiness leaders to align on priority curriculum & enablement needs across our Revenue segments & regions 
  • Develop & present recommended learning solutions with post-engagement measurements for success
  • Partner with subject matter experts across the business to design courses, certifications and scaled material for continuous learning
  • Build within authoring or editing tools and our content & learning management systems
  • Act as a true thought partner by measuring and reporting back on results; knowledge acquisition, learner reactions, engagements and behavior change 
  • Upkeep & maintain the quality of our course work by managing the inventorying and cataloging of these resources 

About you

  • 4+ years of experience in relevant learning & development or instructional design
  • Proficient in Authoring or Editing tools (Articulate, Video Editing) 
  • Proficient in Learning & Content Management Systems (Lessonly & Highspot)
  • Strong written, verbal communication & presentation skills
  • Excels in execution, establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Sales) or equivalent work experience
  • Passion for creating highly entertaining, viral content
  • Proficient in conducting and creating SFDC reports to measure results 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and self directed
  • SaaS experience

Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $147,000 - $187,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
