Title: Marketing Strategy & Operations Analyst
What you’ll be doing:
As a Senior Analyst on our Direct Mail team, you will be able to learn new technologies, strategies, and analytical techniques that will enable you to contribute to the continued success of the company. Our marketing analyst will be expected to support that management of the analytics, strategy, and advancement of the direct mail channel to our existing customers as well as focus on the acquisition of new customers.
Your core priorities will be to:
- Manage complex timelines across multiple internal and external partners ensuring key deadlines are met on-time and completed correctly
- Work directly with vendor partners to develop creative testing strategies that generate lift in program performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables submitted accurately and on-schedule
- Develop production schedules to be used by third-party vendors
- Ensure all relevant campaign materials including creative proofs, contracts, order forms, etc. are properly routed through internal partners for proper sign-off.
What you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of marketing-related experience.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to understand quantitative data and sound problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in project management and ability to prioritize while working under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Ability to identify creative solutions to complex problems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically intermediate to advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Responsys or other marketing-related software strongly desired.
