JOB DESCRIPTION
- Operate, configure, troubleshoot, and administer marketing technology and ensure the technology is best-in-class to support global business requirements
- Roll out new functionalities for users to utilize
- Maintain and improve templates for Adobe Marketo Programs, Emails, and Landing Pages
- Manage 3 rd party integrations with Adobe Marketo and administer these applications as appropriate
- Manage Salesforce integration with Marketo, resolve sync errors, and collaborate with IT to test and roll out Salesforce-related enhancements and new functionalities
- Manage web forms in collaboration with IT
- Maintain UAT/Sandbox environments as appropriate
- Set up, maintain and optimize lead scoring models, attribution models, consent management processes, data hygiene, segmentation, and other operational flows
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, participate in cross-functional data hygiene/governance initiatives and maintain data quality.
- Develop methods to track and measure marketing campaign ROI, multi-touch attribution, and sales effectiveness
- Keep system users informed about system functionality and enhancements
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including operational processes, workflows, and training documents
- Collaborate with analytics team to visualize the data and KPIs
- Collaborate with legal, data privacy, IT security, and internal audit teams to ensure process and system compliance
- Support migrating acquired companies to use enterprise-wide tech stack
- Create Adobe Marketo programs as needed by the operations
- Proactively review and identify areas to increase efficiencies with automation
- Help evolve the global commercial tech stack administration and execution including evaluating new technologies to build out our stack
- Stay on top of marketing automation developments, industry trends, and best practices particularly concerning demand generation and optimized performance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or related field
- 3+ years of experience as an administrator of Adobe Marketo - certification preferred
- Experience with Demandbase administration
- Experience with Salesforce
- Extremely detail-oriented, self-starter who can multi-task well in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility to multi-task across projects with varying deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with business-to-business results-oriented demand generation and digital marketing campaigns
- A working knowledge of data retention practices and privacy laws, including CASL, GDPR and CCPA a plus
- Experience with Demandbase
- Experience with Account Based Marketing
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
