JOB DUTIES: Will oversee the development of Vouch’s internal systems and tools, including insurance policy administration; Salesforce CRM software, and ticketing and technical support systems in order to allow teams to provide the best service to customers as we scale. SPM will collaborate with Vouch’s Customer, Sales, Operations, and Underwriting Teams to understand user demands and to transform requirements into actionable initiatives. This role requires: (1) working closely with Vouch internal stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Success, Underwriting, Product, and Engineering to create team goals and project roadmaps; (2) partnering with Engineering, Design, and Operations to utilize business intelligence in shipping solutions that delight internal and external customers; (3) identifying emerging technologies that can improve Vouch’s service stack and stay abreast of the latest technology developments in Product Management; (4) monitoring and measuring launched products in terms of bottom-line metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); and achieved objectives (OKRs); and (5) utilizing KPI and OKR insights learned to formulate and communicate product plans, benefits, and results to internal stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS in Industrial and Operational Engineering, Product Engineering, or a related product management field plus at least two years of targeted experience in operations or product management, including experience working with CRM systems, Ticketing Systems, Software Automation, Paas/SaaS (Platform/Software as a Service), and Cloud Database Querying through AWS, GCP, and Azure. Telecommuting and remote employment are permitted.

SALARY: $173,500/yr.

HOURS: Mon-Fri, 40-50 hrs/wk.
