JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, the Senior Product Specialist-EHS leverages insights and competitive intelligence to develop and understand target buyers and markets. Executes go-to-market strategies including crafting messaging that attracts and converts prospects and leads, creating sales materials to facilitate positive client experience and executing against launch plans that outline in detail how products are promoted and sold.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executes global Product Marketing strategy. Tracks marketing investments and results for continuous improvement; collaborates with Product Marketing leads to understand competitive landscape and drive demand in line with business goals. Executes client acquisition and retention strategies to drive business growth.
• Supports the market and trend research efforts to identify new opportunities and ensure products and messages are properly targeted. Gathers insights to influence business decision and shape Product Marketing strategy.
• Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations, to craft compelling content to drive product awareness and purchase and ensure sales has the knowledge required to effectively sell product offerings. Partners with sales to foster a continuous feedback loop.
• Contributes to business success by performing other tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Generally four years or more of related experience or demonstrated competency
• Solid written and oral communication
• Demonstrated collaboration skills
• Strong project planning and management
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience working with senior leaders
