We are currently seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Algorithmic Trading Application Software Engineer, you would work closely with traders, developers, and researchers to build, extend, and support high-performance trading applications. Our systems are primarily C++, with Python and C# components, and you should be comfortable working in all parts of this tech stack. You will work in an environment with an automated daily release cycle and a focus on top-quality and scalable software development practices such as code reviews and automated testing.

What You'll Do

• Architect and implement low-latency algorithmic trading applications 
• Partner with trading and technology teams on key operational performance and scalability
• Full-cycle application development, network programming, and platform tuning
• Apply a data-driven approach to system improvements 
• Continuously contribute to the team’s performance architecture 
• Create new features and help improve existing systems 

What You'll Need

• 6+ years of technical experience in building automated trading systems 
• Proven coding ability in modern C++ 
• Strong computer science foundation in OOP, data structures, algorithms, concurrent programming, messaging, and networking 
• Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, collaborative environment 
• A desire to continuously learn and proactively improve processes
