Job Description

As the Supply Chain Senior Program Manager, you will lead transformational projects for our Elgin, Illinois Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • End to end program management ownership of supply chain transformational projects in our Elgin, Illinois Operations.

  • Lead multiple projects at the same time.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure the success of all project schedules, and objectives for the year.

  • Set organizational goals for quality, inventory, safety, delivery, and cost savings.

  • Manage documentation and standardization of site program processes, procedures, and tools.

    Setting expectations for all programs within supply chain, with the expectation of career progression.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communications skills verbal and written.

  • 5 plus years of experience as a Program Manager.

  • Experience working in a Manufacturing environment is preferred.

  • Ability to influence without direct authority.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

  • Working knowledge of all Supply Chain functions.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and dynamically align to changing business conditions.

  • Training and facilitating new-hire orientations.

Basic Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Engineering, IT, Management, or Supply Chain Management.

  • PMP certification required.

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
