At Peapod, we take great pride in the design, which is why we want someone like you to add your skills to our Marketing team as a Sr. Manager of Marketing & Sales Performance in our Skokie location. Our Marketing/Sales Manager will be responsible for strategically reviewing and executing marketing tactics to maximize sales growth. This position will, on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, review sales performance across all geographies. In addition, this person will be charged with driving performance of overall sales and orders through the development of weekly plans aimed at increasing sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and work cross functionally with various functions in order to effectively drive and execute business initiatives
• Work closely with the Marketing, Finance and Operations teams to implement programs to optimize results
• Accountable for developing short & long range sales targets and sizing new markets for potential growth
• Exemplify inspirational leadership and executive maturity that demonstrates and instills a positive, creative and productive work environment that supports individual growth

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6-8 years experience with emphasis in marketing or merchandising manager experience
