As Bringg’s Strategic Partner Manager, you will spearhead the development and management of key partnerships that drive growth and maximize value. You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, negotiate and manage partnership agreements, and collaborate cross-functionally to align partnership activities with business objectives. This role will report directly to the CRO, and work closely with counterparts in several other parts of the business to accomplish its objectives. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop strategic partnerships that align with Bringg’s enterprise sales objectives and growth strategy.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including developing and establishing partnership agreements and working frameworks.
  • As a main KPI, develop and deliver pipeline generated from strategic partnerships to Bringg’s enterprise AE’s, including continually serving in an active role in key pipeline opportunities.
  • Maintain cadences between Bringg’s and Partners’ executives to ensure strategic alignments and top down sponsorship
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Corporate Development, and Finance to drive alignment and maximize partnership potential.
  • Act as an evangelist for Bringg, and complement our Marketing department’s events and campaigns calendar as a spokesperson, customer & partner interviewer, and thought leader. 
  • Work closely with our Corporate Development team on existing partnerships and the establishment of new ones, as they arise. 
  • Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics and partnership KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives.

What do you need to Bringg (requirements):

  • This individual must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience in the supply chain space, with preference towards D2C and final mile delivery activity, and also preferably with direct experience in one of our core ICP’s; grocery, or retail. 
  • Direct experience in either business development, channel sales, or partnership management type roles, with a proven track record of executing in these areas successfully. 
  • Experience with demand generation, pipeline creation and development
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of supply chain technology systems (WMS, TMS, ERP, OMS, etc), with preference towards understanding D2C final mile tech.

    The salary range for this position is expected to be between $220,000-$270,000 annually. The salary range is determined by experience, seniority, and additional factors.
