Job Description:
Writing, understanding, and modifying SQL code to research problems. Building custom reports and build reconciliation processes around large amounts of data. Handling ticket requests from customers. Working with customers, escalating to other teams if needed, responding, resolving, researching any issues that are sent in from our healthcare customers. Building presentations and working with leadership to explain the results of the reconciliation steps being performed. Managing schedules and working with customers to review reconciliation data. Building custom scripting and monitoring tools around logging of the production environments. Performing command line work and scripting daily on Linux production systems. DB access and queries in production systems for connecting to testing, UAT and production databases to research problems, validate scenarios and run custom reports. Telecommuting permissible from anywhere in the U.S.
Qualifications
Requirements: Master's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related role.
Skills: Experience and/or education must include:

  • Ticketing tools and management;
  • Write, review and troubleshoot SQL scripts to analyze problems and data, create ad-hoc reporting for customers and manage change requests to production data to update records or resolve issues;
  • Client communication and presentations with internal leadership;
  • Client management and reconciliation;
  • Logging management and scripting; and
  • Heavy command line work - scripting, shell, bash, python.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92,622/year - $140,329/year plus restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
