As a UX/UI Designer III, you’ll drive the creation of intuitive, data-driven digital products that both empower users and directly fuel business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers to align design solutions with strategic goals, and mentor other designers, helping them elevate their skills and contribute to our overall design excellence.

What You'll Do
- Lead the creation and design of UX/UI artifacts for responsive web platforms for B2B end-users.
- Design for web applications with a focus on designing intuitive interfaces for complex, data-heavy environments.
- Craft user interactions for data visualization by developing interaction models and user task flows that simplify complex data interpretation and interaction.
- Conceptualize, create, and deliver UX & UI documentation, including visual interaction design, clickable prototypes, style guides, components etc.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to influence and define product requirements that translate into meaningful, user-friendly designs that deliver measurable results.
- Clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders and provide leadership and mentoring to other design team members.
- Assist in maturing our UX practice by developing and implementing processes, frameworks, and best practices.
- Work with other members of our design team, UX writing team, product managers, and development team to ensure designs meet business objectives and user needs.
- Make a direct impact on products that will be in production for end-users.

- 4+ years of experience in a UX/UI-focused role (i.e., User Experience Designer, Product Designer, Digital Designer, Visual Designer)
- Proven track record of leading successful UX/UI design projects.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and improving design systems and libraries.
- Proficiency with user-centered design thinking methodologies, including heuristic analysis, competitive research, journey mapping, user personas, collaborative ideation, discovery, etc.
- Strong command of common digital design tools, including Figma, FigJam, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other emerging applications within the product design space.
- A robust online or sharable portfolio of work that demonstrates your design process, user experience, and visual design skills.
- Strong familiarity with current web standards, Agile software development, and production processes
- Excellent verbal and written English communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a design-related or HCI field, preferred.
- Experience with motion and interaction design tools, preferred.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and common front-end frameworks, preferred.
- Experience applying atomic design principles for design system development, big plus.
