What We Are Looking For

Our VP of Operations will report to the COO with the opportunity to gain a position on our executive leadership team. We are looking for someone to act as our operational business leader, providing strategy and insights across cross-functional, data-driven initiatives that will scale and optimize our customer facing teams. Most importantly, our VP of Operations will be a champion of our business and the voice of the team.

Things You Would Be Responsible For

  • Assess and redesign key business processes
  • Work with technology and other stakeholders to ensure most efficient and optimized processes
  • Design customer experience to optimize for right mix of results across revenue, cost, customer satisfaction and competitive differentiation
  • Define, implement, and manage a strategy designed to improve operations and customer service across our customer facing support teams inclusive of Clubhouse operations and trunk operations.
  • Help build and grow a large team of inside sales and remote stylists
  • Lead and inspire our operational managers with an emphasis on driving innovative solutions and creating streamlined process improvements to support business outcomes.
  • Manage, lead and build out infrastructure for our workforce management operations.
  • Collaborate with our executive team to develop and refine plans for the operational
  • infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate customer experience business objectives
  • Oversee end-to end implementation management and value measurement
  • Drive accountability across the business in order to meet or exceed our operational plans
  • Foster a goal-driven and collaborative environment while enhancing the company culture and core values

What Your Background Might Look Like

  • 10+ years in an operational leadership role, startup experience a plus
  • Innovative leader with experience leading large cross functional teams, experience with
  • inside sales and/or call center teams a plus
  • Experience building and leading teams in a fast paced and regularly changing environment
  • Track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Process-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Demonstrated successful partnering with cross-functional business units (sales, merchandising, tech, etc.) to manage and execute projects
  • Proactive problem-solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions
  • Flexibility to deal with last minute changes, the ability to remain calm under pressure, comfortable working with minimal direction
