All Campus is searching for a talented and innovative Web Designer. The designer's core responsibilities will be creating sites, landing pages, banner advertisements and print collateral to support our marketing efforts in expanding enrollment for not-for-profit colleges. The ability to take ideas all the way from concept to execution is a must. We are looking for someone who has a great eye for design but also solid front-end development skills. Proven analytic and problem solving skills are needed along with the ability to ensure compatibility across all browsers and platforms.

A key focus is placed on utilizing data to make meaningful audience insights and increase conversions; an understanding of optimizations, A/B testing, multi-variant testing is preferred.

What we need…

Our preferred candidate is self-motivated and able to work independently, but also is able to contribute in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional creative thinking skills coupled with a detail-orientated approach to their workflow.

Requirements

• 4 year degree in Web Design, Graphic Design (or equivalent experience).
• 4-6 years of professional web design experience or relevant work experience
• Fluency in HTML, CSS and basic jQuery/JavaScript with modern clean approach to coding
• Knowledge of CMS's, specifically WordPress and developing themes for WordPress
• An in-depth working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Additional Experience Preferred, but not necessary:

• Experience in developing for mobile devices – both responsive fluid designs and tailored experiences
• Experience with analytic and testing platforms
• Working knowledge/basic understanding of UNIX or LINUX environment (LINUX preferred) to work with our source control management tool
• Digital video editing ability or desire to learn this skillset
• Email marketing experience
