Job Description:
What You'll Do
The Rewards team is looking for a candidate to lead to help support the delivery of the 5% Cashback Bonus program from a marketing and user experience perspective. This individual contributor will partner with agency, creative teams, analytics, finance, product, and channel partners to deliver marketing assets and campaigns for site marketing, statements channel and user experience enhancements.
How You'll Do It
- Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, paid media, email, site marketing, mobile app, and letters.
- Document and maintain core experience journeys, including process mapping and creatives.
- Monitor and track success related to marketing.
- Partner with internal competitive analysis and research teams to monitor competitive best practices and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Coordinate customer research for new customer experiences.
- Partner with the business and Technology to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, or Information Technology
- 2+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, campaign strategy, creative management, or related field
- In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of marketing campaign management, or related field
Bonus Points If You Have
- 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy development, or related field

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
