We are looking for a new Sales & Strategy Operations manager to join our team!Β As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be playing a critical role in helping our US Sales teams boost their commercial performance (hit ratio, deal size, deal size). To do so, you will be working closely with our CRO, our VP of Sales, the Sales Coaches and the Enablement team.


You will be joining the Operations team: an international team of 10 talented, results-driven professionals with consulting and B2B SaaS experience.Β 


The team's mission is to ensure 360Learning's efficient growth & healthy business. The Team designs and executes strategic growth, transformation, and value creation initiatives across multiple teams: Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Partnerships. The team is a key contributor to our scaling strategy and helps each team exceed its targets by identifying improvement levers, benchmarking, and implementing best practices.

Within 1 month you will:

  • Master our internal tools and processes
  • Become an expert on our sales processes & tools as well as on our product
  • Identify your first OKRs to help boost sales performance

Within 3 months you will:

  • Become the main business partner for the US Sales team and support the execution of our Sales Playbook
  • Conduct your first Sales Coach meeting to monitor sales performance
  • Deliver your first OKR with immediate revenue impact

Within 6 months you will:

  • Lead a project to improve our forecasting methodology
  • Understand our sales funnel attrition and deliver initiatives to fix the biggest attrition issues
  • Optimize our target/incentives model to drive revenue growth

Within 12 months you will:

  • Become a Sales Operations expert by proactively benchmarking best practices in the market
  • Partner with sales leadership to boost our commercial performance

The Skill Set:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a top tier consulting or in a tech startup environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in a fast past environment
  • Analytical skills and structured thinking; you know how to turn data into a vision and build a roadmap
  • Project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent English (US/UK)
