The VideoAmp Revenue team is looking for a Client Growth Director who will be an exceptional addition to our growing team. The Client Growth Director is focused on driving and supporting Revenue and Measurement/Currency growth across their assigned POD. Internally, they support the POD Sales lead and associated sellers across the entire POD account list with a focus on end to end sales strategy across pre and post Sales. Externally, the Client Growth Lead will act as a consultative partner with the Sales POD to build and grow strategic relationships, map VideoAmp solutions to business and market opportunities, and advise and guide clients through successful implementation. They will have deep relationships with the agency leadership teams and drive RFI/RFP, QBR’s, and other sales activities as needed by the POD Sales lead. Establishes HoldCo and Publisher centers of excellence and research & development activities, driving higher value and engagement with VideoAmp solutions. The Client Growth Director has a clear understanding of the linear and digital landscape from the lens of a media publisher and Hold Co / Agency / Client. They can clearly articulate opportunities and challenges facing buyers and sellers and align those opportunities and challenges to VideoAmp solutions and services. This role supports the Buy and Sell Side sales teams to identify growth areas within the industry and our clients' business. The Client Growth Director has media strategy expertise in how the media ecosystem functions, an understanding of the future of measurement, and what it will take for our clients business to compete and thrive. This role is focused on expanding the VideoAmp footprint, driving clear ROI to our clients, and elevating their business through VideoAmp solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead core facets of the HoldCo relationships that enable Revenue activities – MSA’s, Partnerships Contracts, Amendments, QBR’s, and new business requirements
- POC for Operational Readiness – centralized workflows, office hours, unpaid engagements
- Technical experts, methodological & roadmap reviews, office hours with Central Teams
- Responds to HoldCo and Central Team level RFIs, POC’s, and Data Evaluation (ie. upfront planning)
- Lead in driving Currency and Measurement growth via VA data operations, workflows, demand creation, and case studies / insights
- Supports VA teams with Hold Co requests for data, marketing, events, and agency / network engagement
- Supports sales in revenue driving proposals where needed to ensure fast time to close
- Currency and VideoAmp solutions (ie. Planner, Outcomes) expertise to drive client engagement and adoption
- Disseminate sell-side info/updates to the buy-side for the purposes of strengthening the holding company and publisher relationships and solution adoption, sellers/managers are responsible for solution adoption
- Expertise in industry trends and TV publisher’s business and how VideoAmp is positioned to drive impact
- Experience driving transformational sales and product growth within large, matrixed organizations
- Experience building Sales Growth Strategy plans and execution / impact
- Builds strong relationships and credibility with internal (product, engineering, sales) and external stakeholders (sales, research, operations).
- Works with enterprise sales and account management to build thorough account plans and define measurable goals to track success.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 10+ years of experience working ad sales/account management in the linear/digital space or measurement/ad tech company.
- Experience developing, deploying and managing towards specific sales goals.
- Strong understanding of client success and the skills required to scale a successful team.
- Strong ability to prioritize responsibilities and deliverables.
- Experience with developing on-boarding programs and materials.
- Ability to quickly address challenges and propose value driving solutions.
- Implements and reviews processes to ensure excellent client experience.
- Effectively works with cross functional teams (sales, product, strategy, data and analytics).
- Excellent presentation skills (verbal and written).
- The ability to provide timely and direct feedback to team members.
- Previous experience directly managing clients.
- Thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Adapts quickly and drives results despite frequent and significant operational changes.

This position pays between $119,333.33 - $155,333.33 + Commissions + Equity + Benefits. The actual compensation offer will be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.
