Account Executive
SpotHero is looking for someone to nurture and grow our most imporatnt business relationships. Be it the CEO or the attendant of a parking company there is no individual that falls outside the grasp of your rapport building hands. Growing the revenue that we bring to each and every one of our clients is your ultimate goal; you’ll befriend, negotiate and exceed the expectations of every one of your accounts.
As an analytical, social butterfly, you produce and align the perfect parking supply with consumer demand; you are a sales/account management hybrid and are one of the key drivers to our company’s success--if managing an ever changing workload in a high paced environment is your forte, this job is for you.
This is a game changing opportunity where you'll have an opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities, define company best practices, navigate our growth into new markets and make a real impact that the whole organization will see and feel on a daily basis.
What will I do?
Negotiate and build partnerships with both new and existing clients.
Analyze and optimize SpotHero's parking supply across a city/region.
Improve customer acquisition metrics amongst certain brands by working hand in hand with the marketing team.
Put out fires. Communicate regularly with existing partners to ensure that operations are constantly running as smoothly as possible.

Communicative. You are the point of contact for the parking companies and strive to ensure that every partner is as in love with SpotHero as we are. You’ll help manage every touch point of the relationship--from implementing marketing campaigns to adding on additional locations, anything that touches your clients will go through you.
Organized. Your mind is a steel trap. You follow through on your commitments and are incredibly attentive to detail.
Dynamic. You’re able to combine analytical thinking with interpersonal skills to manage and expand high quality partnerships.
A closer. You are confident and people like talking with you. You care about helping people get the most out of our services and aren’t afraid to ask.
Pre-Requisites:
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- Two years of relevant experience in Sales/Account Management
- CRM Experience
