We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the growth of multiple departments at our fast-paced company. In this role, you'll interact with multiple departments including accounting, marketing, sales, customer success, and upper management. This position will require you to wear multiple hats and perform many tasks.

Our company is growing quickly (just doubled our office space) and we have a really fun environment with a close-knit team. We'd love for you to join us!

Main responsibilities

  • Working with accounting department to enter transactions to accounting software (QuickBooks)
  • Utilize CRM (customer relationship management) software to manage data entry
  • Inputting and organizing data in the CRM software
  • Conduct research on industry events
  • Book flights, hotels, and other reservations for industry events
  • Answer phone calls in overflow situations
  • Execute proven lead generation strategies to support sales efforts
  • Discover alternative lead generation strategies to support sales efforts
  • Miscellaneous projects to support different departments
  • Helping other team members be more successful by providing aid with scheduling, emailing, and reviewing data

Requirements
  • 1-2 years previous administrative experience
  • Experience using QuickBooks
  • Very Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software applications
  • Fast typer
  • Superior communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Experience with data-entry tasks
  • Strong writing skills
  • Experiencing using a CRM such as Salesforce.com is a plus
