This is a role within CG's Sales Operations function. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Sales Analytics Systems and interfaces with multiple internal departments such as Sales, Customer Care, Finance, Marketing, and IT. This role will refine requirements, design value-added functionality, and integrate reporting solutions within Salesforce.com to meet internal customer needs for decision support. The role will ensure best practices by partnering with internal Salesforce administrators and external Salesforce support.
Responsibilities

  • Serve as a system administrator for the SalesForce.com Sales Cloud environment with 300+ users and technical lead on new SalesForce.com Sales Cloud projects
  • Improve Sales and system efficiency by maintaining Salesforce.com database including but not limited to flows, fields, page layouts, validation rules, record types, custom objects, sharing & security, approval processes, Lightning pages, dashboards and reports
  • Monitor & proactively implement new Salesforce.com platform enhancements, involved with validation, testing and implementation of new functionality, and provide recommendation for process improvements to the business based on new functionality available
  • Identify, correct, and prevent data quality issues through data governance, system setup, and use of other data validation tools
  • Work with the other Salesforce.com Cloud Administrators and the full CG Governance team as part of proposing changes/additions to the Sales Cloud
  • Create and maintain Sales Cloud documentation; technical specifications, flow diagrams, solution design documentation and other documentation that supports and explains technical solutions and business processes
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business management, information systems or related field or similar experience
  • Salesforce.com Administrator Certification
  • 4+ years experience working with Salesforce.com in an Administrator role, developing, formatting, analyzing and distributing information in support of a sales or marketing team
  • Advanced knowledge in Salesforce.com Sales Cloud (Opportunities, Leads, Pipeline, Forecasting, & Sales Cycle)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Active in the Salesforce.com community
  • SAP BI & SAP; Pardot, Manufacturing Cloud, Contact Cleansing Tools
