We are open to this role sitting in any of the following locations: Florida, Georgia, New Orleans, or any Kraft Heinz US Sales Office.
The primary responsibility of the Associate Customer Sales Manager (ACSM) is to provide business insights and recommendations through data analysis to the SEG Customer Business Team. The ACSM supports the identification and exploration of new and existing business opportunities and communicates findings to customer-facing team members, ensuring that customer, consumer, and internal Kraft Heinz information is leveraged to improve performance and results. The ACSM is an information expert and highly skilled in the application of analytical tools.
Primary Responsibilities:
Data Reporting and Analysis - 70%
- Analyzes raw and syndicated data leading to key insights and business recommendations on the key sales metrics of distribution, assortment, pricing, and promotion.
- Develop & build impactful customer-specific selling stories that reflect key category initiatives for team.
- Support Customer Business Team (Associate Director/Customer Sales Managers) with category insights and recommendations.
- Collaborates across total customer business team to monitor internal reporting, forecasting, and trade control on specific categories.
Customer-Facing Support - 30%
- Manages a retailer HQ call with SEG selling key priorities on distribution, innovation, and merchandising for a desk size of $20-$30M in net revenue.
- Customer facing reporting on managed specific categories.
Expected Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an analytical support role
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Experience developing and delivering PowerPoint presentations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience prioritizing and performing in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment

Additionally, employees who are subject to this hybrid model will be eligible to work from anywhere for up to six weeks in a rolling 12-month period (in maximum two-week increments and according to benefits and tax guidelines). Some jobs may be required to be performed fully in office depending on the role's responsibilities and requirements.
Base Salary Range: $85,400.00 - $106,800.00
