This role is within Chamberlain Group's Sales Operations function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Serve as liaison, establishing strong, trust-based relationships with product, channel, sales, sales operations, and marketing, partnering cross-functionally to achieve go-to-market revenue objectives, and (ii) Pioneer, test, and evolve go-to-market and sales readiness programs that drive new product sales through new and existing channels, and (iii) Assess go-to-market sales readiness, through first-hand observation, ride-alongs, role plays and shadowing; provide feedback and coaching that improves achievement of objectives. Requires 6+ years combined experience in Sales, Marketing & Sales Enablement-related roles, with a key focus on B2B Sales and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Business discipline.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as liaison, establishing strong, trust-based relationships with product, channel, sales, sales operations, and marketing, partnering cross-functionally to achieve go-to-market revenue objectives
  • Pioneer, test, and evolve go-to-market and sales readiness programs that drive new product sales through new and existing channels
  • Assess go-to-market sales readiness, through first-hand observation, ride-alongs, role plays and shadowing; provide feedback and coaching that improves achievement of objectives
  • Contribute to the go-to-market strategy and ensure delivery of marketing collateral
  • Increase sales team effectiveness by scoping, developing, and deploying sales enablement assets that simplify complex subjects into clear, digestible, actionable plays
  • Measure the utilization and ROI for sales assets and pivot to improve effectiveness
  • Develop and execute sales readiness plans that support product, program and initiative launches; communicate and deloy materials, providing training as needed
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business Discipline
  • 6+ years combined experience in Sales, Marketing & Sales Enablement-related roles, with a key focus on B2B Sales
  • 3+ years' experience in B2B Sales
  • Deep understanding and experience with sales/sales enablement tech-stack platforms (eg: Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HighSpot, Seismic, MindTickle, Gong.io)
  • In-depth understanding of the modern B2B buyer and B2B sales cycle
  • Ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to think creatively with excellent storytelling skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical abilities
  • Masters in Business Administration preferred
  • 3+ years working within a Sales Enablement or Sales Readiness organization
  • Experience supporting a field-based sales team
  • Ability to travel Up to 20%
