Our Business Intelligence team:
Enova’s Business Intelligence team is part of our Analytics team that consists of over 50 quantitative and data reporting professionals. Our BI team members are problem solvers and action-oriented thinkers. They focus on collecting, analyzing and presenting data to generate knowledge and value for the organization. The top priority is to empower the organization by leveraging and transforming the data and achieving innovative results.
We speak this language:
MicroStrategy, PostgreSQL, Pentaho, QlikView, SQL Server Runner, MySQL, Excel and UNIX.

You will be a part of a team that is continuously improving the technologies, strategies, and analytical techniques that will contribute to the continued success of Enova. You will work closely with all levels of business with varying levels of technical knowledge to gather business and technical requirements. You will be an advocate for the BI team in an agile environment. Successful candidates will be highly motivated, analytical, and will be able to work effectively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment through business impacting reports.
You’re right for this job if you:
- Have prior experience working in the BI/ Data Service or Technology resources sector.
- Have served as liaison with other departments to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
- Have reported project status, scope changes and critical metrics to all stakeholders including senior and executive management
- Have experience working in an agile environment
- Have prior technical knowledge of SQL and data analysis
- Have demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interface with Business, Analytics and IT organizations
- Have the ability to work effectively in short-cycle, team oriented environment, managing multiple priorities and tasks
- Have the ability to identify non-obvious solutions to complex problems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing projects in a fast-paced environment through strategic planning, prioritization, and task delegation
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, mathematics, statistics, natural sciences, computer science or other related field of study.
