Campaign Manager
As a key member of Centro’s Campaign Operations team, the Campaign Manager is responsible for the trafficking, troubleshooting, and launch of Centro’s digital media campaigns. Utilizing a unique blend of ad operations know how, project management expertise, and exceptional client service, the Campaign Manager works with both clients and vendors to insure the seamless execution of an advertiser’s media buy.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES- Traffic ad creative via multiple agency ad serving systems and platforms
- Complete quality assurance on creative assets; provide recommendations and solutions to quickly resolve technical or design related issues on behalf of clients
- Ensure the launch and tracking of media plan placements through third party reporting tools
- Provide instructions and guidelines to publishers; actively assist publishers with troubleshooting implementation, delivery, and functionality issues
- Draft and manage creative specifications for the Account Management and Sales teams
- Work in tandem with the Campaign Analyst to insure the fulfillment of campaign objectives and insertion order terms
- Provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams on outstanding campaign assets
- Form creative and media plan recommendations for Account Management and Sales teams in order to meet and exceed advertiser expectations
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables with Rich Media, research, and ad product vendors
- Actively participate in client meetings, problem solving and brainstorming sessions, team statuses, and campaign kickoff calls
- Escalate issues that do not have a ready solution; utilize creative thinking to determine the best approach
- 2+ years of ad operations, account or project management experience at a major advertiser, agency, digital publisher, or ad technology company
- Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
- 1-2 years of direct client facing work experience
- Prior experience working within a sales organization
- Extensive knowledge of digital ad formats, Rich Media functionality and ad serving methodology
- “Hands on” experience with multiple ad trafficking and performance reporting systems
- Working knowledge of Flash ad design techniques, ActionScript classes and image formats
- Prior experience executing video, SEM, mobile, and social media campaigns preferred
- Exceptionally detailed and organized in deadline driven environment
- Proven track record in taking ownership of a project and seeing it through to completion
- A client service ninja who lives to provide “Raving Fan” service to clients, internal counterparts, and publisher partners
