We build software for the professional futures industry and we’re looking for a creative, organized, multi-talented individual ready for some challenges and an opportunity to support our CFO/CCO as our Chief of Staff. In this role, you will help plan and execute administrative, financial and operational activities for our Sales and Finance functions. Potential for upward advancement over time. Total Compensation $65-75,000 plus amazing benefits.

- Assist our CFO/CCO and potentially other members of our management team in an administrative function
- Schedule and plan travel, internal and external meetings; process expense reports; manage calendars
- Regularly prepare reports, creating and interpreting presentations and other materials for meetings and events
- Create and interpret various financial reports
- Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and deliverables
- Work inter-departmentally and provide support where needed
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field
- Experience in an accounting, finance or administrative function
- Positive and energetic attitude and demeanor
- Highly analytical, a fast thinker and good decision maker
- Fast learner and able to effect changes quickly (based on customer or employee feedback)
- Effective, versatile and action-orientated
- Excellent working knowledge and experience in the Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets and Slides) and Excel
- Impeccable organization and communication skills
