What you'll do as a Customer Service Chat Representative:Answer chats or issues from customers to provide them with accurate product and service information
Follow-up on all customer requests via chat and email
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
Provide a high level of service to our customers to ensure they understand the loan process

Hire Status:Temp-to-Hire - After working 90 days, your performance will be evaluated for conversion. You will be offered competitive benefits and you will also be provided with opportunities to progress into higher levels of responsibility.

Pay:$14.00/hr.- $15.00 + Shift Differential

Available Shifts:Shift 1: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm
Shift 2: Tuesday - Friday 2:00am - 10:30am & Saturday 4:00am - 12:30pm
Shift 3: Sunday - Thursday 4:00am - 12:30pm
Shift 4: Sunday 4:00am - 12:30pm & Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 3:00pm 

Qualifications:MUST type a minimum of 40 wpm
Ability to work independently
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Ability to adapt to change
Excellent attendance record in previous employment
Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change
Ability to meet predetermined goals
